Team building is one of the most popular request we have from companies wishing to create the most productive and beneficial environment for their employees. Through combined use of our highly respected Team Specialists and Skippered yachts, we are able to drive the team learning and bonding faster than conventional methods. In its simples terms, the stages involved in team building are:-

• To clarify the team goals
• To identify those issues which inhibit the team from reaching their goals
• To address those issues, remove the inhibitors and enable the goals to be achieved

The primary skills in achieving positive outcomes in the above three areas, is recognising the right issues and tackling them in an appropriate way and an appropriate order. The activities will be quoted on an individual basis, due to the number of variations and any budget levels. Our guests do not need any prior experience of sailing to get a great deal from the day. We have a selection of highly experienced skippers to supervise each boat.
